Speaking of nuts.....
I can't believe he let you get this on video, let alone put it on the blog.

BTW, Stella, who was having a hard time sleeping, but was finally mellowing out, Perked up and watched this with much interest. I told her it was Grandpa, but I am not sure what she thought.

Is dad turning into Rainman? That was so funny.

What is the song he's singing?

Alisa, he's singing "Shiny Happy People" by REM, a group from the 80s -- maybe 90s, I can't remember... He only had 3 or 4 songs on his ipod. They say youth is wasted on the young; well, this ipod is wasted on... your dad! He's just a crazy, what can I say!
Hugs,

I found a music video for the song online. It's good. :) Just about as crazy as dad.

AJ, dad told me that he wouldn't have done it if he knew mom would put it on the blog...he said he's a little worried it's going to get onto YouTube and he's going to become that one guy singing and dancing on his webcam. :) Anyone want to help me out with that? :) Just kiddin'

Okay, I realize almost all the comments on this are from me, but I have something to confess...I showed this video in my English class this morning. We were doing a presentation on depression and I wanted to show that this is what people without depression are like. HE he They laughed pretty hard.

Grandpa Chuckles? Yes, he makes us all chuckle! Oh how I miss you guys! Hopefully, at least Ethan and I, will be able to come to ND this summer... it will be for sure if the Air Force sends us over seas! Love you all

Okay... Now Josh has seen Tim's "nutty" side too! Another good part of the video is Karla's laugh in the background... i miss that too!

Your comments made it all worthwhile! But Alisa, I'm not sure what he will think of being shown to a BYU class; better keep that story away from him... On the other hand, he's handled it pretty well so far! ;-)

Mom, I can't believe I didn't comment! I laughed so hard that I couldn't see straight. I would never have thought I got my singing abilities from Dad, but I guess the chip doesn't fall far from the old block. (Darren that one is for you :) For anyone who is confused, Darren sent out an email asking for messed up cliches. That is mine.)
